Choose what should happen to calls
The instructions update as soon as you choose a provider. Choose the call behavior first, then use the matching line in the provider steps.
Start with the general path.
Choose a provider above for exact instructions. Until then, use these common rules to decide which setup path applies.
Traditional line
Usually uses star codes from the phone keypad. Use no-answer forwarding when the front desk should still get the first chance.
Mobile line
Usually uses GSM-style codes that include the forwarding number and a # at the end.
Cloud phone
Usually uses an admin portal. Add Expertly Voice as an external forwarding number in the call handling rule.
General reference
Use this when the provider is unknown.
