Your Expertly subscription includes a monthly pool of credits. You use credits when Expertly does work for you. Reach out to your account manager or to support if you are wondering about a different type of action.
A simple model
Most things are 1 credit. Chat/Support with lookups and updates to your systems are 2 credits. Voice & messaging are priced per use. This document will be updated from time to time.
How it Works
Pages = pages across all files you submit at one time (PDFs, images, Word, PPT, screenshots).
Transcription = minutes on a call.
Email actions let you handle several messages for 1 credit where noted below.
